MP&L Specialist
Objective
Ensure the definition, implementation, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes for new automotive programs, guaranteeing a safe, efficient, and on-time launch. Support continuous improvement, line balancing, layout design, standardized work creation, and problem-solving activities both in the plant and with customers.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate the startup of new automotive projects (OEM Customers). Ensure launch timing adherence, including Run at Rate and Safe Launch events. Lead machine and line release for new products. Provide technical support during contentions with OEMs. Manage refurbishment and transformation of equipment for incoming programs.
