This position is part of the Operational Excellence team in Brazil and will work closely with UWL Inc. s teams in the US. The selected professional will provide operational support to the Export team, managing shipments and delivering efficient logistics solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and service excellence.

• Evaluate shipment requests and customer requirements to ensure operational feasibility and compliance.
• Manage booking requests with customers and carriers, monitoring booking status and updates.
• Coordinate and follow up on shipment schedules, cut-offs, transit milestones, and operational deadlines.
• Prepare, review, and manage export documentation and shipment records through customer and UWL systems.
• Open, review, update, and maintain shipment files based on supporting documentation and operational requirements.
