Job Description
Analyst, Acquisitions and Asset Management WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN ANALYST, ACQUISTIONS & ASSET MANAGEMENT: Create, own, and present proforma models with a focus on acquisition, development, and disposition of real estate.
Present findings in clear, compelling, and professional presentations to internal and external stakeholders, detailing development feasibility, opportunities, risks, etc.
Assist in various due diligence functions leading up to potential acquisitions.
Communicate regularly and effectively with brokers, lenders, and other third-party consultants.
Support the preparation of internal and external investment memorandums and other presentation materials for investors/partners.
Undertake ongoing research of new real estate transactions and market trends and compile market data.
Support the development team by researching, modelling, and analyzing all aspects of the development process.
