Job Description

 Purpose and Scope 
Works under general direction to be responsible for a wide variety of insurance related functions including health, dental, vision, prescription drug, life, disability, retirement, leave of absence and COBRA. Tracks, analyzes and evaluates benefits procedures and makes recommendations to management to improve quality and efficiency. Responsible for monitoring Benefits trends and maintaining key metrics for the Benefits Department.
 Essential Job Functions 
Complies and ensures accuracy of regulatory compliance with various benefits related regulations and guidelines. 
Processes billing, completes data interchange, process refunds/adjustments and a variety of benefit related reports to audit and maintain accuracy of accounts, etc.
