What you will do
• Responsible for supporting the day-to-day work of OTM service to ensure delivery according to service definition.
• Support the live sites through ServiceNow.
• Bring strong solutioning capability, innovation and detailed knowledge of the IT solutions within the subject area.
• The role covers managing all aspects of transport functionality of OTM: Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Freight Bill & Payments, Supply Chain Visibility and Even Management.
• Setup required interfaces between OTM and SAP ECC via SAP Mid-dleware PI PO, Geodis, P44 and Fourkites.
• Completing and managing work packages in accordance with work plans, quality standards, and timeframes
• Structuring and addressing requirements using Templates & Frame-works as well as generic product functionality
• Work on transport project solution work packages or change requests with Agile or Waterfall Projects.
