Key Responsibilities
Provide HR counsel and a range of generalist services to the organization within HR OperationsAssist managers and employees in understanding and applying people tools, policies and proceduresRun end to end employee transactions for Puma’s India businessPrepare employment contracts/amend contracts, reference letters, termination lettersEnsure mandatory documents are send through by new joinersEnsure HR systems are updated with new hires, leavers and role/position changesResponsible for on-boarding and off-boarding of all employeesRegistration/de-registration of starts & leavers on benefits Monthly Payroll activities (Ensure data integrity between payroll & HR system, regular checks and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy & completenessRun and manage end to end payroll for designation countries under Puma’s global footprintDocumentation of payroll f...
