Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for BMS, fire alarm system, air-compress, city water, HVAC, chiller, waste-water treatment, firefighting, dust collection etc. Make work plan, complete the plan with technical staff, check the implementation results and track the long-term effectiveness. Establish and optimize the existing program files to ensure the effectiveness of preventive maintenance to reduce the frequency of emergency repair. Extend sustainability COE capability/products to support design(research), development and engineering for products and manufacturing process technologies with sustainability. Facility equipment and utility system design, installation, commissioning and start up. Facility system optimization, cost down and energy saving engagement.
