Role: AVP - Analytics (Fintech)

Location: Bangalore | Travel to USA

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Domain Context:

• Work directly with senior stakeholders at US banks, card issuers, fintechs, and lenders.
• Understand product and portfolio economics (acquisition, usage, risk, collections, CLTV) and shape an analytics roadmap aligned to business priorities.

Problem to Solution:

• Translate business questions (e.G., acquisition, activation, cross-sell, risk, churn, collections) into analytical approaches and data workflows.
• Build decision-ready outputs that clearly communicate business and P&L impact, not just metrics.
