Basic Function
The Manager – Environmental – APAC has three primary roles:
1. Expert Support & Leadership
Provide environmental leadership and strategy to all APAC businesses, consistent with Huntsman’s corporate standards and procedures.Ensure compliance with legislative and corporate requirements.Drive continuous performance improvement by identifying and developing improvement opportunities.Identify and reduce environmental risks.Lead communication and stakeholder engagement.2. Environmental Data & Metrics
Review reported environmental data and provide input on environmental metrics and projects supporting Huntsman’s EHS targets and sustainability program.3. Strategic Support
Advise APAC businesses on soil and groundwater assessments.Analyze data for trends, incorrect reporting, and unlikely patterns.Support environmental remediation, M&A due di...
