We are looking for a highly detail-oriented AP and AR Specialist with hands‑on experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other accounting transactions . The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks and capable of handling AP and AR operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
- Record, monitor, and reconcile financial transactions in QuickBooks .
- Conduct bank reconciliation or monthly reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting with a focus on AP & AR.
