• Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer receivables accurately
• Perform reconciliations of vendor and customer accounts
• Ensure timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with US accounting practices
• Monitor AR/AP aging reports and follow up on pending items
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for issue resolution
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities
