Job Title: Senior Merchandiser

The Senior Merchandiser is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end merchandising process, from order confirmation to shipment. This role serves as the key liaison between buyers, production teams, and suppliers, ensuring that quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met. The Senior Merchandiser also provides guidance to junior team members and supports strategic planning to improve operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of merchandising experience in a garment manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes, fabrics, trims, costing, and quality standards.
