Title:: Java tech Lead (Immediate Joiners )

Exp:: 8+ Years ( 5 days WFO)

Location:: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Java-based applications for banking systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and agile methodologies.
• Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD implementations and cloud deployments.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks.
• Maintain coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and compliance protocols, especially relevant to banking systems.
