Application Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining, reviewing, and validating application requirements and use cases
• Design and configure applications, including user interfaces, classes, and technical components, to meet business process requirements
• Supervise and collaborate with developers/designers, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and performance standards
• Build, test, and transition applications to testers; fix defects and performance issues, and provide technical support as needed
• Document applications, track risks/issues, and report work status to ensure milestones and deliverables are met

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software, Computer/Information Sciences, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of software development experience, particularly with Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7+
