Day-to-Day Application Support
Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 (L2) incidents related to application errors, performance, and access issues.
Escalate complex cases to Level 3 (L3) or development teams with complete and accurate documentation.
Incident & Request Management
Follow established runbooks and SOPs to diagnose and resolve known issues.
Assist users with minor configuration changes and data corrections.
