Application Production Support (Castro Urdiales)

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an Application Production Support to join a leading company in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Production support for core banking applications / Application maintenance (corrective and evolutive).
• Deployments and testing for new projects.
• Obsolescence management and patching activities.
• Handling user requests and internal client support.
• Supporting both On-Premises solutions and third-party SaaS solutions.
• Answering product-related queries, including product usage and design, configuration, software updates, third-party integrations.
• Managing tickets via ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Working under ITIL methodology and ensuring SLA compliance.
• Performance tuning and root cause analysis.
