Job Description
Establish project plans, objectives, budgets, and success metrics to define required resources, timelines, and delivery outcomes
Lead multidisciplinary teams in the execution of IT application projects
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring delivery on time and within approved constraints
Plan and oversee project communications to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
Guide, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members, encouraging accountability and ownership of assigned deliverables
Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes within complex project environments
What you must have:
3–5 years of experience as an Application Project Manager
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project, ideally the Enterprise version (2016 preferred; 2013 accepted)
