You’ll make a difference in this role by:

• Supporting NextSense application portfolio. Respond to requests and incidents reported by users and aim to resolve issues promptly
• Performing in-depth analysis to establish root causes of incidents and problems.
• Providing advice and support to the business on the best practice use of applications
• Managing application configuration, user accounts and application support documentation.
• Applying agreed configuration changes to enhance application functionality and user experience....
