Application Support Digital Channels Team

Provide Omni Channel Production Application Support and Maintenance for IDBI Banks Digital Channels ecosystem. Ensure seamless functioning and high availability of retail digital banking applications across multiple customer touchpoints.Collaborate closely with business, IT, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and enhancement deployment.

• Support the newly introduced Omni Channel Production Application for Digital Banking services.
• Troubleshoot retail customer issues and provide timely resolutions for DBD (Digital Banking Department) and ITD (Information Technology Department) teams.
• Participate in DC-DR (Data Center – Disaster Recovery) drill activities to ensure business continuity.
• Handle Production Application Patch Deployment and monitor post-deployment stability.
