Job Description
Key Responsibilities
troubleshooting Applicationand incident management activities
work on Linux/Unix commands
Write shell scripting on app debug.
Work with Databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL
Understanding of distributed networks and application high availability and load balancing
Microservices using containerization tools (Kubernetes/Docker)
Understanding on CI/CD toolkit
Understanding on network administration
Excellent communication skills, and prior experience in a technical support role
Specifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of technical support role with hand-on experience in troubleshooting and incident management activities
Minimum of 5 years of customer management and customer facing experience
Cloud certification (such as AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge in Telco will be an added advantage
