Job Description
Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Resolve and manage production incidents (L3), ensuring accurate root cause analysis and timely resolution;
- Analyze application architecture and business workflows, following transactions across multiple system components;
- Investigate complex issues through log analysis, database queries, and system metrics;
- Proactively define monitoring metrics, identify recurring failure patterns, and collaborate with development teams on structural improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Solid hands-on experience with Linux shell environments;
- Knowledge of SQL (DML operations);
