Application Support Engineer

Job Description:

• Maintaining and upgrading software applications.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
• Ensuring system security and stability.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of new software features.
• Communicating with developers, users, and other stakeholders.
• Performing system backups and data recovery tasks.
• Documenting software bugs and solutions.
• Assisting in the integration of software with other systems.
• Providing general support and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of various software applications, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• With at least 2 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify effective solutions.
