**What will be your challenges?
**- Work on all requests, incidents and subsequent problems either detected by pro-active monitoring or being reported by a customer / Schenker employee on the integration platforms.
- Ensures that all requests for support are dealt with according to agreed procedures- Handling of incidents handling, using Service Now, in various Support Groups and according to agreed procedures:- problem identification and prioritization- Investigates causes of incidents and seeks resolution- Escalates unresolved incidents- Facilitates recovery, following resolution of incidents- Documents and cl...
