We are a boutique recruiting firm seeking an experienced B2B Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to help introduce companies to our recruitment services.
The primary focus will be supporting our construction recruiting division Construction Worldwide
Your main objective is to connect with decision-makers, qualify interest, and schedule introductory meetings with the company president.
This is a remote role with long-term potential for the right person.
Responsibilities
• Call and email companies from provided contact lists
• Identify the correct decision makers (owners, executives, HR leaders, etc.)
• Introduce our recruiting services and qualify potential hiring needs
• Schedule introductory meetings with the president
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach when appropriate
