Job Mandate
Responsible for appraisal of property through desk or ocular inspection for the purpose of loan, restructuring, foreclosure, dacion and sale endorsed by various groups.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the requesting party/contact person on the property requested for appraisal.
- Ensure that the documents are available prior to acceptance of request. If no documents submitted, return the request within the set turn-around-time.
- Prepare desk appraisal to establish market values using internal and external sources such as internet, broadsheets, Classified Ads or inquiries from known Real Estate Brokers or Agents.
- Conduct ocular inspection of the property and verify its actual location based on title certificates submitted and tax mapping process including branch rental survey.
