Apprentice Commis Chef - Luxury Relais Kitchen

The Cornwall College Group is offering a Commis Chef apprenticeship at The Idle Rocks Hotel in Truro. This position provides the opportunity to gain essential skills in a luxury kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes and learning the ethos of a Relais Châteaux hotel.

During this 1-year program, apprentices will receive both on-the-job training and weekly classes in Cornwall College St Austell, developing their culinary skills while working in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Successful candidates will have GCSE Mathematics or equivalent and a passion for food, with potential opportunities to progress to a Chef de Partie role.
