Job Description
Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking.
Assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support chefs.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and utensils.
Stock and organize kitchen supplies.
Follow food safety guidelines and regulations.
Help with dishwashing and maintaining kitchen equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management.
Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student with hands-on kitchen experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in stewarding, cooking skills, and mise-en-place.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with long hours and teamwork.
Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.
