Apprenticeship in Buyer role Duration: 12 months Location: Bokaro (Only local candidates) Qualification: Graduation in any stream Stipend: INR 12.3k per month If you are comfortable with the above conditions then only apply for this position and share your updated resume at Job Responsibilities: 1) Handle Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) activities. 2) Verify PR details and coordinate with users for clarification, if required. 3) Create and process Purchase Orders in the system within defined TAT. 4) Follow up with vendors for quotation, order confirmation, and delivery status. 5) Maintain procurement MIS and related documentation. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth procurement operations. 6) Ensure proper record keeping of PRs, POs, quotations, and approvals. 7) Monitor pending PRs and update stakeholders regularly. 8) Ensure compliance with procurement process and company policies.
