Troocoo are assisting a valued Federal Government client recruit multiple motivated and client-focused Case Managers (APS5) to join a high-performing team. These are full-time agency labour hire positions initially to the 30th June 2027 (potential to extend). 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cases under limited direction, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes in line with legislative and policy guidelines.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, addressing policy, program, and operational issues.
• Exercise judgment to make recommendations based on policies, best practices, and procedures.
• Prepare high-quality written correspondence, reports, and briefs.
• Set work priorities, monitor workflow, and identify areas for improvement.
