- Daily cash application
- AR reminders and collections, and invoicing
- Daily credit card transaction coding and employee reimbursement reviews
- Post basic bank journal entries
- Support customer/vendor reconciliations
- Cover staff vacations for AR/AP tasks
About You
- Hands-on Accounts Receivable experience (cash application, invoicing)
- Exposure to Accounts Payable and expense management
- Strong attention to detail with transactional accounting tasks
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Agile/ Willing to learn
