The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing project quotations using KLAES & IMOS, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, and creating 3D models and renderings to bring design concepts to life. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills to ensure high-quality architectural solutions that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project cost estimates using KLAES & IMOS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing.
2.Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide professional guidance, and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
3.Develop high-quality 3D visualizations using Sketchup/AutoCAD to present design concepts effectively.
