Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven architectural experience in design and construction projects. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other BIM tools. Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods. Demonstrated ability to produce accurate technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation. Experience with sustainable design principles and integrating energy-efficient solutions into projects. Excellent problem-solving, conceptualization, and creative design skills. Strong project management abilities, including setting timelines, meeting deadlines, and managing budgets. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
