We're seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to drive high-quality documentation, coordinate across design teams, and ensure compliance with Australian standards. Lead production of Revit models and documentation for multiresidential/high-rise projects (DA/CD/Construction).
Create, manage, and QA Revit families, templates, views, sheets, and annotation standards.
Integrate architectural Revit models with structural and MEP disciplines; resolve clashes.
Ensure documentation complies with NCC/BCA, Australian Standards, and project specifications.
Liaise with architects, engineers, and construction teams to maintain design intent.
Manage revisions, RFIs, addenda, and version control throughout all design phases.
