Job Description
Position: Area Cleaning Manager
Salary: £38,000.00 per annum + Bonus up to £2,500.00 (KPI Dependant)
Included: Company car & Fuel Card
Location: Covering sites across South Yorkshire & Lincolnshire
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: Monday – Friday | Generally working between the hours of 7.00am – 4.00pm
Our client are looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Manager to be responsible for cleaning operations of circa 30-35 retail sites throughout South Yorkshire & Lincolnshire.
Job Purpose:
* The Area Cleaning Manager will be responsible for the management of cleaning in the provision of cleaning circa 30-35 sites on a mobile basis.
* The Area Cleaning Manager will ensure that KPI’s and Weekly Checks are delivered to defined standards and corrective action is taken as required.
* To recruit and effectively train all Cleaning staff in the Area to ensure that other colleagues are recruited and trained in lin...
