Job Description
**Job Summary**
This role is responsible for executing the operational objectives and working with Director of Business Optimization and Director of Fleet to ensure successful financial performance and productivity of multiple Operating Units. Ensures that Operating Units meet or exceed annual objectives and successfully implement organizational initiatives.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Works collaboratively with Collection Operation Directors, Fleet, HR, Safety, and other Collections Leaders by contributing strategic vison and integrating a broad range of operation solutions services.
+ Develops and implements a market area operating plan, consistent with the accomplishment of long range established objectives which will enhance effectiveness and delineate responsibilities and authority.
+ Reviews and evaluates market area performance on a continuing basis and establishes proper measures of performance.
