Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market per area/territory that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Analyzes sales statistics, customer responses and general sales trends as bases for the development of the business plans and sales strategies
- Ensures the attainment of sales targets or quota as well as growth of our last year’s performance
- Initiates and coordinates development of promotional strategies to penetrate new market
- Assists in the development and implementation of sales, management and marketing plans as directed by senior management
