The role
You will travel to meet our customers at least 3 days a week. In collaboration with a wider support team you will strengthen customer engagement, identify and qualify leads, up-sales opportunities and close deals that exceed targets. Our customers are Law Enforcement, Defence Forces, Government Agencies and Forensic Laboratiories. Your main responsibilities include
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership
- Renewal awareness (CS assisted)
- Pipeline development + closing
- Partner coordination if applicable
- CRM Pipeline updated Weekly
