Area Service Manager (Hydraulics)

Must know about working as a Field Service Engineer or Asst. Manager in a reputed and recognized OEM company or OEM Dealership. Experience of Truck Hydraulics, Industrial Hydraulics, Mobile Hydraulics (Engineer for Construction Equipment or Crane Companies) will be given preference. Even Commercial Vehicle Service Engineers will do.

Key Responsibilitie

• sManage and monitor service operations within the assigned territory
• .Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to dealers, customers, and field technicians
• .Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and breakdown cases
• .Conduct root cause analysis for repeated technical failures and implement corrective actions
