Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer (Developer) who will design, build, and deploy AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering fundamentals and experience developing, fine-tuning, and integrating machine learning and LLM-based solutions into production systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and LLM-based applications
Build scalable APIs and backend services to integrate AI solutions
Fine-tune and optimize models for performance and accuracy
Implement prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector databases
Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve deployed AI systems
Required Skills
Strong programming skills in Python (required)
Experience with ML/AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
