Austek Roads is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Asphalt Crew Members to join our crew based out of Luscombe, QLD. As an Asphalt Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our asphalt paving operations, contributing to the successful delivery of vital infrastructure projects across the region.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting the asphalt paving crew with the setup, operation and maintenance of asphalt paving equipment
- Ensuring the safe and efficient placement of asphalt material on project sites
- Performing manual labour tasks such as shovelling, raking and tamping asphalt
- Participating in the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas
- Collaborating with the wider construction crew to deliver high-quality asphalt paving work
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
