Role and Responsibilities
- Assemble vacuum valves and valve component, with timely delivery of products in required quality
and at reasonable cost level (within planned cycle time)
- Perform functional leak test in accordance to specification. Troubleshoot and solve any leakage
issue during leak test process
Perform final inspection and customized packaging for shipment
Actively participate in continuous improvement process and maintain 5S at work environment to
increase the productivity and maintain safety
Timely perform maintenance on equipment, devices, jigs and fixtures according to schedule.
Properly setup and handle equipment, jigs/fixture and parts with correct program and parameters
for assembly, test and packaging processes.
