**Operator V Trainers** are subject matter experts (SMEs) responsible for leading training, certification, and advanced skill development. They drive consistency across teams and serve as a key link between production, quality, and engineering.
**Shift:** 2nd: Mon-Fri, 3pm-11:30pm (10% Shift Differential)
**Key Responsibilities**
**Training, Certification & SME Leadership**
• Train, coach, and certify operators on products, processes, equipment, and inspection requirements
• Provide hands-on instruction to support consistent execution of approved work instructions
