Purpose
The primary role involves creation and updating of Proof Test Procedures to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. The secondary role includes assisting with Asset Management compliance.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Understanding Process P&IDs
- Representing the department in Hazops as required
- Liaising with process engineers to expedite changeovers and project work
- Creating and updating Proof Tests
- Auditing completed proof tests for anomalies and compliance
- Participating in I & E audits internally and externally
- Assisting with ongoing Asset Management
- Supporting Planning department with PM creation for changeovers
