Asset Management – Japan Product Administration - Vice President

Japan Product Administration is a core pillar of our Asset Management business in Japan. 

As a Vice President in Japan Product Administration, you will be the accountable owner for the fund governance and day-to-day administration of our Japan fund ranges, ensuring they adhere to offering documentation and local regulatory obligations. Your responsibilities will encompass fund governance, valuations, protecting the funds from asset dilution, and managing fund data. You will be the key interface between local stakeholders and global Product Administration, translating global best practices into Japan-specific execution and safeguarding outcomes for Japanese investors. 

This is a high‑visibility leadership role, partnering closely with Investments, Sales, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Control Managers to deliver resilient product governance and high‑quality client service.
