An award-winning ASX listed service business with sites across Australia are looking to recruit a skilled Assistant Accountant on a permanent basis. The company is a WA success story with continued growth year on year. The main purpose of the Assistant Accountant will be to assist the Finance Manager complete all month & year end tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure with all aspects of accounts and receive support with your studies.

Key duties of the Assistant Accountant will include:

• Assisting the Finance Manager with daily and monthly financial tasks
• Posting journals  
• Bank & balance sheet reconciliations
• Support month end and year-end close including accounts payable & receivable processes, general ledger accruals, and adjusting entries
