Job Descriptions:
Support in-force reinsurance arrangements management by assessing effectiveness of the treaties and recommending appropriate actions such as recapture.
Support obtaining Reinsurance Committee’s and Group’s approval on any proposed changes to reinsurance arrangements. Perform impact analysis across various reporting basis to support the proposal to the management.
Review treaty terms for both existing and new treaties and negotiate with reinsurers for better terms
