Assistant Asset Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Asset Manager to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role is to support the strategic, financial, and operational performance of a property portfolio to maximize value and investor returns. To bridge the gap between high-level investment strategy and day‑to‑day property management, focusing on financial modeling, budgeting, leasing strategies, and capital improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Debt and Equity packages for our investments
• Periodically compare those to actual performance, and returns vs. underwriting.
• Create a Business Plan for each purchase
• Due diligence process - coordinate the inspections and checklists
• Communicate to insurance broker needed info for quotes
• Calculate preferred returns and disposition waterfalls, and investor distributions.
