The Assistant Bartender plays a critical support role in the execution of Social’s bar operations. This position ensures all bar stations are immaculately organized, fully stocked, and service-ready while supporting cocktail execution, ingredient preparation, and batching programs. Precision, consistency, and preparation are at the heart of this role.
