Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to support daily branch operations, lead a team of up to 10 employees, and oversee warehouse and logistics functions. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations
- Lead, coach, and supervise a team of up to 10 staff members
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Oversee warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Ensure workplace safety standards and company procedures are followed
- Help manage customer service, order accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Assist with reporting, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Step in as acting Branch Manager when required
