Your Role
Assist in the execution and management of preventive and corrective maintenance work, minor addition and alternation work in building facilities, focusing on electrical systemsConduct fault investigations, oversee the tendering process, perform feasibility studies, prepare specifications and reports, monitor site work progress, develop maintenance plans, and liaise with end usersSupervise contractors and in-house technicians to ensure best value and service delivery in accordance with agreed SLA and KPIAttend emergency call out service if necessary To Succeed in the Role
